IDEA eLearning is committed to making our online learning platform accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access, understand and engage with our learning content.

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These internationally recognised guidelines provide recommendations for making digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities and access.

We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of our online learning platform and course content.

Accessibility measures currently available include:

• Course content is provided in text-based formats wherever appropriate.
• Videos include captions/subtitles.
• Where supported, video users can adjust playback speed and audio volume to suit their needs.
• Images include alternative text (alt text) to provide descriptions for users who cannot access the visual content.
• Audio recordings are supported by corresponding text content.
• We aim to structure and present learning materials in a clear and accessible way.
• Accessibility is considered as part of our ongoing review and development of the platform and its learning content.
  
  

Compliance Status
Our aim is for the platform and its content to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
The platform and its content are reviewed with accessibility in mind. However, we cannot currently confirm that every part of the platform fully conforms to all WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. We will continue to review accessibility and address identified issues where reasonably possible.

Known Limitations and Third-Party Content
Our online learning platform is provided through LearnWorlds and may use third-party services, integrations or components.

At the time of this statement, we are not aware of any specific accessibility limitations that need to be reported. However, some aspects of the platform are provided or controlled by LearnWorlds or other third-party service providers and are therefore not entirely within our direct control.

Third-party content, integrations or functionality may not always meet the same accessibility standards that we aim to apply to the content and functionality under our control.

Where accessibility issues are identified, we will seek to address those within our control and, where appropriate, raise issues relating to third-party functionality with the relevant provider.

When contacting us, it is helpful if you can tell us which page, course or feature you were trying to access and describe the difficulty you experienced. This will help us investigate the issue and respond appropriately.

We welcome accessibility feedback and will make reasonable efforts to investigate and address accessibility issues brought to our attention.

This accessibility statement was last reviewed in October 2026. We will continue to review the accessibility of our online learning platform and update this statement when appropriate to reflect significant changes, identified accessibility issues or improvements.
